Research has shown children learn the most about money from their parents. Children usually get most of their money from their parents either through handouts, gifts, rewards, earnings or allowances.

A money plan is a good way to teach children how to plan the wise use of their money. To make a money plan, children need to discover their goals, how they will make money and how to use it.
